Mike Grasso ’06 recently sent an update on his work at Citi, where he has been for the past five years. He tells us that he has had a range of experiences since joining the corporation, including sales, rates, mortgages and IG Corp/credit. He moved over to a trading desk in early 2012, specializing in trading CDO’s (collateralized debt obligations). Mike tells us he’s “very happy with the move, ” especially since the current low-yield environment has encouraged investors to move out of corporate bonds into the CDO markeplace.
Mike continues to enjoy life in New York, and says it would be wonderful to ” get a group of SMC students down for a visit.”
